As most of you know, Kiel motivates many people to run when they don't want to. 

The morning of the wedding, we will have a 5k race at the Welland canal, starting and finishing by the Welland Community boathouse. Enter the canal at Thorold Road. Top finishers get to pick their seats at the wedding! (not really of course, Kerri wouldn't let that happen).
